Timothy ION is a condominium in Changi Coast, Singapore. It had been constructed since 2010 and completed in 2014, taking over the Changi Coast Adventure Centre. It had only 5-stories and so far there will be swimming pool, wading pool, exercise facilities and activities room. Clara Lim will be staying in Timothy ION with effect from February 2014.
The Changi Coast Adventure Centre land was acquired in June 2008 for the construction of the new house which was being built since November 2008. However discussions are ongoing, and demolition of the adventure centre began in January 2010.
Height restrictions is in force due to the proximity of Changi Airport.
Park Central[]
Park Central is a condominium in Changi Coast, Singapore; very near to New Timothy House. In addition, Park Central MRT Station is also located there, which is the continuation from Timothy ION MRT Station. The Timothy ION depot is located near, as it is Changi Coast Depot, and however it also goes to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Pedra Branca and Changi Naval Base.
